Today, The Royal Butler and one of The Royal Dachshunds, Shumba, bake muffins, to celebrate everyone having Birthdays during the lockdown, including our friend the Countess of Elgin. I definitely will bake the muffins, they look delicious. And Shuma you are so adorable with your chef's hat, but your master surprises me baking in his gentleman's wear. Oh by the way thank you for the recipe in American measurements, it is convenient.

There are no end to your talents, or those adorable wee doggies! I think the government should designate a celebration day at the end of this pandemic so the whole nation can catch up on missed birthday, anniversary, new birth events. In my family alone, so far there are 6 birthdays and a new born to celebrate. We can’t wait to meet our new grandson born on the first day of the lock-down in March.

I recently made chocolate chocolate chip muffins but instead of chocolate chips I used espresso chips and they were so good!

Chocolate freak here 🤯 You need a full bag of choco chips. Full can of cocoa. 2 eggs. Choco icing on top the muffs and choco sprinkles on top of that for lickity split choco muffs.. Other than that your muffs look delicious 😋
