(November 2012) 1788 Holdings, LLC announced that Davis Construction has commenced vertical construction on a 97-unit luxury residential project on River Road in Bethesda.
The Estate Condominiums of Quarry Springs is the most significant luxury development to be built in Maryland since Parc Somerset in 1997, The project -- known familiarly as Quarry Springs -- will include several design firsts. The size of each unit is among the largest in the region, with floor plans that span to over 4,400 square feet. Each residence is served by a direct-access elevator, which eliminates the need for common hallways. The 10,000-square-foot clubhouse and the individual building lobbies will be designed by international interior designer and author Barry Dixon.
