what a ripoff. just a worse voltimeter and a second-beat amplifier (of somehting you can already see or hear using your ear). only the last feature makes sense and i bet its extremely easy to make. definitely not worth 200 dolars LMAO
Hello, You are probably being overly negative, but first and foremost I purchased the unit for about $40 --7 years ago. Since then, I have repaired at least 150 watches by moving the dry mechanical parts using the artificial magnetic field function. I have also used the quartz generator measurement function several times. It often happens that after replacing the generator, the clock works again. You need good soldering skills. The unit continues to serve me well. The 9 volt battery lasts for 6 months of almost daily use. I am a hobbyist watchmaker and despite the non-professional appearance I find this unit very practical. Especially useful when looking for flea market watches. This way you will know if the watch is suitable for repair even before you pay the seller. Friendly greetings and good luck with the repairs.
I have a quartz polimaster gamma ray detector watch that stops randomly. I've replaced the battery and it is still malfunctioning. It is really in dire straights. Will this fix it?
Hello, When you put a strong quartz element in the socket and turn on the device, then the device emits a sound and light signal every second. If the quartz element is damaged, the device cannot generate a pulse every second. Then there is no light and sound signal. I have tried this feature and it works great.
Hello, This meter does not have a scale for measuring battery voltage. It is only possible to evaluate the brightness of the LED. Intense LED illumination means a full battery. Low LED or no light means a weak and empty battery.
Look on ebay there is a guy who is selling them from Britain. Search these exact words and you will find the same machine. "Quartz Watch Tester 4 in 1 Line Free / Release, Pulse, Circuit, Battery Testing"
