You can actually use them while charging - so at a push you could use main supply.

Those look great. I’d love to try some out for quick setups. Seems a lot easier than panels. What was your gain and iris at to get the exposure in your main stand up? Do they have any flags/doors? For a USB charger, I can recommend the Sabrent 60W 10-port charger station. I have multiples of those. I regularly plug in 5 tentacles, my iPad, 2 power banks, and my phones, into one unit. never had any issue.

Main shot was ISO 800, F1.4 on a 50mm Rokinon SP. I think I had ND 0.6 or 0.9 on too from my new Revolva ND mount, can't remember. Lights were at varying dimness, but not full blast - fill light could have been dimmer in retrospect, but it's hard to light yourself. No flags or doors. They have a nice even soft light to them. I put up my own flag on the back light to kill some flare I was getting on the lens. There's some subtle ambient light in the room from a window too.

Moviesauce thanks for the info!! I’ve bookmarked that one for the time when income returns, haha. Lights have always been my biggest issue. I’m real happy with most all of my kit but always feel like I’m compromising and not quite satisfied with lighting. Mainly just the amount of stuff to unload into a space and set for a “quick interview.” Someday I’ll find the perfect solution. Btw, great job staying on mark at F/1.4!
