He did ask him to not put his hands on the chicken and he did it anyway so that was his fault. Plus I did see him touch his hair a couple times in the video. Also his hair hung over the food as well. He probably never seen him wash his hands the palm on the chicken was unnecessary breading could have been in a bowl shaken on it.
