I like it that you did not fully crush the Qubanis and garnished it with the seeds which is the traditional way. But vanilla and Raspberry colour?? - NOOOOO - please don't do this!!! Less sugar is better because dried apricots are sweet and sour and sugar overpowers their fruity yummyness. This is also served with cream or custard in Hyderabad. I don't order this in restaurants because they make a complete mash out of it and make it too sweet.
