This might happen we need to be aware of this as there are no mechanical key available.

Bhaiya i have set all pins and cards but lock to ho rha he automatic par bahar se na hi pon se khool rha he aur na key se.kese use karu batao

Are you pressing # in the end of the pin? I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and everything is working well. If you still face any issue, call Qubo helpdesk.
