The beginning, as Brian's guitar emerges, Freddie when he sings "magic in the air," John's bass omg, roger's drums are so epic here, all of them when they say "Oh rock of ages do not crumble" my god it is so beautiful and you can here all 3 of them so clearly.

Sheer Heart Attack is my favorite Queen album. Along with the fourteen others.

This was always an important song when they played live as Freddie was able to change his outfit during the guitar solo.

I never forget the first moment I heard this song, I was 12 and it was 1977. I was totally blown away and the album Sheer Heart Attack was the first Queen album I heard. Brighton Rock was a symbol of Brian May for me, what a song! And now, I'm 56, still blown away by this song and this album! アリガトウ！

Possibly one of the most underrated songs ever.

The most amazing part of this song is where Freddie goes from falsetto to his normal range when he comes to the part singing magic in the air.... He's singing in falsetto, so high most people can't reach that pitch without screaming: and he just glides down the octaves. Stunning piece of singing. It's not him singing one part and then going back and over-dubbing another: it's simply gliding down. Incroyable, as the French would say! It's so good to know there's still a little magic in the air... and the magic happens while he's singing it!

Sheer Heart Attack is my favourite Queen album and this song kicks ass!

To go from falsetto to belting so fast is extremely hard! Freddie makes it seem so effortless :'-)

Don't know what's more outrageous, Freddie's vocals or Brian's solo. Of course, the live versions of the solo are just insane : ).

This Album is one of their GREATEST pieces of ART. I still listen. Fantastic in Concert I've seen them more than once, I'm so Lucky!

The killer track.

I saw Queen on three separate occasions. All at the Boston Garden in the 70's & 80's. My favorite band of all time. I never stopped listening to Queen but I did get into other genera's for a while. I am back. Listening to not only the mega-hits but getting back into full albums again. I feel like a teenager again.

I'm not the the first to mention it but "Seven Seas Of Rhye" is the final song on Queen II. It ends with a fade of the band singing "I Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside" ... "Brighton Rock" opens their next album Sheer Heart Attack... You can hear whistling in the first few seconds of Brighton Rock. It sounds like they are whistling "I Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside" ... like a continuation ... Queen does something similar between the two albums A Night At The Opera & A Day At The Races. The first ends with a gong (BoRhap) and the next album opens with a gong. Not only did their songs flow into each other but their albums did too. Sooooooo cool. Geniuses all of them.

After the traditional "Greatest Hits", Sheer Heart Attack was the first Queen's album I've bought - and so the first song I've heard, except all the hits, was Brighton Rock. And it was extraordinary. I've listen to the song maybe 10 times before I'll jump to the rest of the album. if I could make a wish, it would be to be able to forget that I know those songs to re-discover them again, and again...

One of the greatest rock tunes out there. Happy to argue, but you're going to find it hard to change my mind.

Continuing my tour of the Queen catalog - have fallen in love with this song! Wow - it all just comes together so beautifully. These 4 amazingly talented men changed the sound, feel and look of music forever. i am so thankful to have had the chance to experience Queen in my lifetime!!

Killer song

This is a really good showcase of not only Brian, but Roger as well. As an aspiring drummer it's really cool to hear how Roger plays to the strengths of the others, but also gets to show off a bit.

I'm 40. So many of us gen-xers came to QUEEN through Wayne's World. So there is no shame in discovering a great band through movies, as many snobs will imply. Truth is, due to the decline in all the great terrestrial radio stations, its hard to get to know about these tunes.

My dad always played Queen when I grew up and we both consider Queen our all time favorite band.. Queen has been such a huge part of my life during my high's and low's and this is one of the songs I always come back to. Queen II is my favorite album though.

When I first heard the song for the first time, the movie ("Baby Driver") didn't introduce me to "Brighton Rock", it was the 9 minute guitar solo that Brian performed live at Wembley Stadium on July 12, 1986 during Queen's The Magic Tour.

Brian May. Underrated guitarist. Period. The vocal range of Freddie in this song is incredible.

Absolute classic Queen song,from their best album (by a country mile). I still have the Cassette version of Sheer Heart Attack and decided I needed to buy the CD a couple of years ago. It's quite wonderful!

The first three Queen album releases will always be my favorite music from them.
