Any lots big enough to build a double rv garage 60 deep , 26 wide, 14 foot doors attached to a rambler ?

I've never seen them build a double, but West Park Estates in QC would have lots that at least are large enough to accommodate that. However you'd still need to see if the builder would do that as a custom job, or if the HOA would allow that in the event that the builder can't accommodate and you had to have that built custom after closing.

How's the quality on Richmond American Homes? I heard horror stories or is it a few with bad luck? With all builders it's buyer beware and check the quality or use local contractors that take pride in their work...just sayin'. Not bashing a company but just saying check their work or have someone familiar with construction quality check it during the process.

They're kind of right in the middle in my opinion. Certainly not the best, but far from the worst. And yes, I always have a home inspector come check on things throughout the process of the build to make sure everything is being done correctly.
