This is REAL Female MC's Doing REAL Female HipHop !!! NO Rapping about Body Parts, NO Scamming Dudes, No Holding Prop 💰, & NO Twerking !!! Just REAL HipHop !!! 💯🔥💯
@@kurtk9826 Ummm did U see Remy doing any of that Gimmick Silly stuff that these New No talent Females are doing today ??? Ummm No, Stay Focus & Keep up !!!
Factz. We all know the females today cant touch the females from the 80s and 90s without twerking and having their a$$ out, Peeps going to their shows for the visual more than the lyrical content.✌🏾
Who's playing their music and showing their videos? They're being themselves it's the industry execs pushing their music and the kids are just eating it up. Their parents need to do what our parents did and introduce them to great music and positive examples.b
@MentalStillness I completely understand what you're saying. However, performing a song is completely different than coming on stage, showing your booty cheeks. I was completely upset when Lil Kim was half naked at a Summer Jam concert back in the day and I'm a fan of Lil Kim, Trina, Foxy Brown. It doesn't take all of that.
LET EM KNOW..THIS WAS WHAT WE KNOW AND LIVED IN THE 80S..I WAS SO BLESSED TO HAVE BEEN RAISED ON THE ORIGINAL HIPHOP,..I WILL FOREVER LOVE THE CULTURE, IT WAS THEE BEST!
@@adventurouspeach9043 and it still is the BEST 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 classic, timeless, vintage, throwback whatever you call it just like Motown it's still rocking 🥰❤️🖤💚✊🏾❤️🖤💚ps that trap music and porn on a record songs by Sistas who dress like strippers that's just a fad and it will fade away 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Queen sounds so good, no screaming into the mic. Her voice clear & precise. This was sooooo good. I just love QL ❤💐👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💐💐💐💐💜💜 LONG LIVE THE QUEEN 👸🏾 ❤️
WHERE WAS THIS??? All that she has done since these days and she still honors her ROOTS! LOVE YOU LADIES! MONIE LOVIE, MC LYTE, YO-YO, WOW! I WISH I WAS THERE!❤🎉😢❤
Yes, indeed it doesn't take all of that just be yourself and show up we can still see, and hear, not here for know damn sex show...So, hat's off to the real Rapping Queen's! 🎤 ✊🏽💐💐💐
Queens don’t lip sing or sync, they rap, sync and sing their lyrics live in full concert. Much respect and love to all these ladies. They all understood the assignment in 2023! #50yearsofhiphop.
This is so dope seeing actual talent real lyrics no degrading themselves fully clothed no twerking and the crowd actually paying attention bring back Hip Hop!!!!
This was a time to be alive. I feel bad for our youth, they wont get the chance to see what real Female Hip Hop is all about. This is REAL Female Hip Hop. Cant wait to go to the Rock the Bells Concert in Baltimore City this Friday.
This performance is waaay better than the guys because they are doing it in front of a LIVE BAND !! U can the words clear as day yall awesome performance
I smile whenever I see the Queen, Monie, Mc Lyte, YoYo, Bahamadiah, Lauryn, Lady of Rage, Mia X, Roxanne Shantè, All gorgeous and sexy Bar heavy Emcees that didn't have to overpush their sexuality to be taken serious as emcees. The Blueprint for what RAPSODY is carrying on strong. We need more of that balance back......when we had Kim, Foxy, Queen Pen, etc. but then we had Missy, Da Brat, Mc Lyte, Queen, Left Eye, Lauryn, etc. So that our lil girls and lil boys who grow up influenced by this culture of ours can have more than one representation of what beauty, being strong, being fierce, and being sexy is as a woman.
Bingo that's what the culture has always been about. It still is but not on the radio. There's so much great rap that's on satellite radio, streaming and other apps. This is the Independent Era.
There is something that touches my old lady heart seeing Remy Ma holding her baby on her hip to the strains of U.N.I.T.Y., with all the Hip Hop Aunties speaking strength, positivity, and love to one another on that stage. That's going to be a beautiful and impactful childhood memory for her. 🥰
Queen Latifah performance was OFF DA CHAIN 😊 - Kudos to the Band - I'm a Hip Hop head and Latifah performed her "early" songs and I almost cried - Songbook of my childhood
Definitely need a Queens Hip Hop Tour!!! The ladies 🥰 represented well! I met grown folks who travelled from Miami, ATL, Texas, Ohio, North Carolina, California, etc. saw everything in VIP seats in section 3 at Forest Hill Stadium. But wherever you were it was a party. The best show! And, I will be in the Bronx on fri to celebrate the other 50 year hip hop show. ❤
Pure talent, no swearing or vulgar behaviour which is so common with younger female rappers which I can't stand. Listen and learn. This is what rap is about
This brings tears of joy 🥹 seeing black female rappers on stage together as unity. No competition just an abundance of empowering ❤❤❤. This is queens of rap and rap music.
@@DevineLoved In your pitiful eyes. This is what REAL Female Hip Hop is all about. Not Twerking, looking Skanky _'all the time'_ and BBL Butt Surgery. A generation that knew women were way more than just their Bodies.
@@africanbella28 they’re boring bitter and washed up next just messy idgaf I used to but they ass been on a bitter train lately to the new girls nobody care about them 😂 especially not Kim her career been done lol
You notice back then female rappers didn't fight and hate on each other, it was all love and still is! Oh and this is what over 50 looks like, when you love yourself and others.
They were definitely more classy with their beefs .. they put it on wax and that was all we heard about it .. Queen has a few fire diss tracks .. but bc of the lost art form of media training and class we never heard of the “beefs” outside of the records “Name Calling” is one of my fav diss track Queen La has btw lol🔥🙌🏾👏🏾
Thia is what i grew up with in the 80s and 90s and what a time to be a kid and teen through those years and to be witness to the tremedous talent that dominated endlessly with such an eclectic flow of talent and amazing lyrical content. A whole vibe for 2 decades. Pure dopeness. Watching this felt amazing. All Hail to the Queen! 💯💯❤❤‼🔥🔥🔥🙏🙏
This brought tears of joy to my eyes, this was so beautiful. I was definitely rocking, snapping my fingers and dancing. These are and always will be the Queens of Rap. Besides God what a great way to start my day. Wooohoooo 😊
This is female rapping with talent Old school they sound great still got it. Show them how it's suppose to go and no beef real real lyrics and meaning. This was 🔥 loved it.
Loving this! I have always loved Queen Latifah for decades! You go girl! Always positive and always lifting up our Black people and especially our Black Beautiful Women! Thank you and God bless you!
This was so dope hands down. All of them age so well too. This generation of hip hop without dropping any names need to take a hard look at themselves and just learn from those who paved the way and open the doors. The industry is so different and wicked now though. These rap songs are classic with a positive message that you can and should be playing at your cookout or family reunion not that other mess.
The fuggin respect amongst this legendary and distinguished group of pioneers and trailblazers, is unmatched!! Today's "artists" could NEVA! I'm grateful I lived through this era and know HOW dope and deep it was and still is! I love ALLLLLLLLLL of them!
Yo I absolutely love these ladies. They represent true hip hop females. No one can top their level of music, rap and respect for themselves and the game.
This is a nice show 👌🏾 outfits on point, and the music is inspirational ..Queent Latifah looks amazing I love what she has on and their stage presence is everything Remyyyy
All praises to the REAL QUEENS of the rap game!! Y’all did it with class and you really gave women a powerful voice!! Cmon back ladies!! The game needs you!! Thanks for your contribution to the game!! Peace and blessings!!
All these legendary pioneer Queens aged with grace and dignity. #finewine. I used to do all their nails back in the days at the first black nail salon in Rosedale Queens. Artistic Nail Designs
I wish I was there. Love me some Queen Latifah, Remy Ma, MC Lyte. Real hip hop is truth. Sending love from my Jamaican flavored breadfruit roasting roots 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲❤️❤️❤️
This nothing but shear respect with women in the game. This shows that they can work together, respect their place in history and love on each other for all their contributions to their craft!
