What a wonderful film. It almost had a Damon Runyonesque feeling. Rochelle Hudson and Buster Crabbe and all the cast were really great!

LOVE that timely and well-integrated plug for War Stamps at the beginning around 4:40. It comes unexpectedly, but doesn't seem as obviously shoe-horned or ham-fisted as similar patriotic plugs in other movies.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this movie.

What an enjoyable movie (but not for the viewer who can't see value when it's presented in ways that are from an older perspective). It's interesting to see Kenne Duncan in a small role that's not a 'bad guy' - he had good chops.

As a teenager they had the old Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon movies on television starring Buster Crabbe. He also played Tarzan in the movies but my favorite was Johnny Weissmuller.

Hey guys, help me to find a movie, please! I lost a title of the movie and names of the actors. It starts as one young girl in underwear climbs out the window of the house onto the roof, then jumps onto the roof of the second house and then descends down the fire escape. An occasional young man, a photographer, helps her to get down the fire escape and takes her to his studio to pick up the clothes to send her home.
