The operative word is CARE, not ownership. So, he is legally obligated to return ALL properties. It may well have sold off some, which in and of of itself illegal, and now find himself in a dilemma where he cannot return all. Pete Edochie uses juju to manipulate people and may well have been used on the father. Pete Edochie has already destroyed his reputation by dragging QM's own inheritance with her and the bulk left for the Aligwe clan. He has further damaged his and Yul's reputation by demanding rights in the Ajha mansion was funded and built by QM and her sister. By this singular act, he unwittingly exposed Yul's failure to provide for himself and his family. To join forces with yul in this, he exposed and demonstrated that he is not trustworthy and void of honesty and integrity. The world is now a village, 👀 are open and watching. I have never seen this type of people before now. I think May's father made the biggest mistakes of his life by entrusting these properties to Pete Edochie.
