I love how they're coming up with different "deep cuts" or lesser known tracks in each show. this one is a banger and Josh did an astonishing work on those higher vocals in the later part of the song. I hope they'll add italian dates soon, can't wait to see them live
At this show, I was going to the bathroom. When I heard the beat I immediately turned around and said “I have to stay”. A woman who I was standing in front of when I turned around said “I know right”. So whoever you are, it’s great to connect and be around those who love this music too
I never came & misfit love; the only songs I can play on drums. 🥁 I can remember getting this album the day it came out, back in the days of having to physically buy an album to hear it. Crazy right. This song surprised me how unique it was to the super heavy jams of the rest of that album. It's written & played perfect
Thank you so much for catching this with your phone. I was too drunk to get mine out and record it, they rarely ever play this song anymore and haven’t on tour except for Toronto. It was special.
Thanks for this, Lullabies it's my fave album and I've never thought they would play this song, I'm sure it was not played for so many years. Everybody it's freaking out with Millionaire but this it's the song 🖤
It gives me shivers, it's like this song was reborn, new qotsa and an old amazing song 🖤 I'm gonna see them in the UK for 2 dates, I'm gonna travel from Mexico (: I just hope they keep playing amazing and not known songs, I want surprises 😈
Wow! So amazing they played this. :) Blends really well with the new album. Kinda reminds me of the Era vulgaris tour in which they played a lot from the first album and that blended really well too.
This show played 3 of my favorite songs. Sick, millionaire, and this. Seen you guys a bunch but this one was special. All we've been through since the start...queens and before. This was an incredible show up. We missed you. Thank you, It was needed so much! Edit: Rock is far from dead!
I'd be happy to hear anything from Lullabies in November. Little Sister is a quite similar to Paper Machete so I hope they drop Sis from the setlist and open it up for some deeper cuts, or Tangled up in Plaid at least.
This was the first time they played this song on this tour. I'm keeping track of it with this playlist: ru-vid.com/group/PL9VJzxKqBLPszjUVR13nOXqMF8eFIZZqL
This was such a goddamn great show. I'm seeing Alice Cooper and Ministry in a couple weeks, and I love Alice and have never seen him...but shit... they got their work cut out for them. 🤘🤠
That's what I was wondering- You would think it would be the GBE (upper register) ones- but I'm not positive. Plus, I don't know what kind of tuning he was using either. I don't know if that's a Maton like he typically plays. The headstock is interesting on that guitar- makes it seem as though its the EAD (lower register) strings. It's definitely got 3 doubled strings, there's no way it's a straight 9 string with a neck that narrow.
