A tough but fun race for Nikita, full of adventures and suspense , with a very good fight that brings her back on the wave with the 9 paddlers going for the beach to fight for the second to tenth place. (the title already having been won by Grace Giblett from Surfers Paradise, who took off on a wave on her own leaving her pursuers way behind).
And then came the stumble ...
Well done to her club mate Cyra Bender who obtains the second place.
