Queenstown New Zealand Tour 4K 

I'm an American Lord-of-the-Rings geek who visited Queenstown in the mid-2000's. I really enjoyed the way Queenstown was large enough to have a lot of fun, interesting attractions - but still small enough not to be an overcrowded, stressed-out mess. It was excitement at just the right pace. I stayed in this unique hostel called the Hippo lodge that was built into the mountain rising out of town. I also went on an LOTR day tour so I know a lot of the Lord of the Rings scenes were filmed in various places around the long, dazzling Lake Wakatipu.

Hiking, kayaking, bungee jumping, parachuting, river rafting...oh, the possibilities!

Was there during our honeymoon with my wife. I still dream of one day going back. Beautiful place! Brings lots of great memories, thank you for the video!

We loved Queenstown, it was definitely one of our favourite places.

New Zealand looks like a virtual reality paradise...living in a big city hard to believe such casual laid back places exist with real people living in them...lol...The jet boat rides look like a blast as well...Try not to break a leg on the next one. ;-)

I like your videos because not only do you show what is typical and best known in cities, but you also go away and enter places that few are explored

I just watched a TV series called Straight Forward that was filmed in Queenstown. I thought what a beautiful place and I must visit someday. Unfortunately the tv show was horrible, the only good thing were the views of Queenstown.
