POD has been in waaay better without a toddler screaming and yelling and throwing his food randomly. Druski is at where he is supposed to be. It’s over, you still running around with your son doing skits. Joe is just helping you at this point, no added value.

Flip stayed pocket watching on the pod. Never read the room…when everyone else stayed quiet and he started talking about in house business. Dude didn’t have any tact when choosing the proper moments to discuss his compensation concerns. He felt that he brought a lot to the pod and I don’t think so…he tried but it didn’t fit. Period.
I like flip but his content ain’t really all that and doesn’t really have replay value. Druski is a way better version of Flip and I think companies will choose to give Druski the bag over him!

Flip problem to me was he bring up alot of their business on the pod. He be so worried about what other members be making, questioning joes pockets. A lot of that should be talked about off the air.
He’s saying a lot without saying much he’s clearly not happy with how much he’s getting paid up there on JBP I been saying it every one up there have a side hustle
Flip brings seriousness to the Pod, Joe likes to have fun and joke about stuff and its all fun and games and cool but sometimes when u gotta have those serious questions Flip is good at transitioning into the topic or asking the right questions

Flip is mad defensive. Ninja mad that people think he's got a problem with Rory and Mal when he's the one who used to kick their backs in at least once a week on the pod even tho Joe never wanted to mention them. Flip was meat riding Joe, thinking he'd be next up and it didn't work now he's upset and frustrated that he's not where he thought he'd be a year ago.
