I just got done watching his highlights and this video and one thing that was apparent was his skill and his humility. In one highlight video he absolutely mosses an Oklahoma DB and does the "too small" celebration and the ref gently tells him that that is enough and Quentin acknowledges it and immediately cools down. Moreover, he was a captain during his junior(final) year on a team that was absolutely filled with talent, shoot chargers drafted 3 TCU players alone. Not only is he incredibly talented and focused, he seems like a genuinely great guy and teammate.

I've spoken with my Dad about this before, but one thing I really do appreciate about the chargers drafting process is they value character just as much as skill. They showed this again in drafting QJ and Daiyan Henley, along with the rest of this draft class. A team is only as strong as it's weakest link and when you have a bunch of talented guys that all get along famously and have fun playing together, that is a winning combination.

I believe he had a lower college career drop % than Zay Flowers. People say he body catches too much but I've definitely seen him make insane catches with his hands and with Herb at QB he'll be getting dots thrown straight to him.
