Film director, Quentin Tarantino is guest on 'The Late Late Show with Tom Snyder' during this 12-18-1998 interview, for the first time in its entirety/complete.
Quentin Tarantino (b. 1963) is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, and actor. His films are characterized by nonlinear storylines, aestheticization of violence, extended scenes of dialogue, ensemble casts, references to popular culture and a wide variety of other films, soundtracks primarily containing songs and score pieces from the 1960s to the 1980s, alternate history, and features of neo-noir film. He began his career as an independent filmmaker with the release of Reservoir Dogs in 1992. Empire magazine hailed Reservoir Dogs as the "Greatest Independent Film of All Time". His second film, Pulp Fiction (1994), a comedy crime film, was a major success both among critics and audiences.Tarantino paid homage to the blaxploitation films of the 1970s with Jackie Brown (1997), an adaptation of Elmore Leonard's novel Rum Punch.
Tom Snyder (1936 -2007) was an American television personality, news anchor, and radio personality best known for his late night talk shows Tomorrow, on the NBC television network in the 1970s and 1980s, and The Late Late Show, on the CBS Television Network in the 1990s. Snyder was also the pioneer anchor of the prime time NBC News Update, in the 1970s and early 1980s, which was a one-minute capsule of news updates in prime time. David Letterman, who had idolized Snyder for years, hired Snyder in 1994 as host of The Late Late Show;
The Late Late Show with Tom Snyder aired live in the Eastern and Central Time Zones, and was simulcast to other time zones on radio to allow everyone a chance to call in.

kinda cool that Quentin kept calling them “she”. especially in 1998.

Yes. And so "cool" that he was close friends with, and "worked from the same principles", as the biggest sexual predator in Hollywood. I guess that makes up for his use of pronouns.
@danwroy

You can say "her"; they isn't a personal pronoun anyway. Nothing magic about him doing this, if he didn't agonize over pronouns it's because he wasn't feeling the heat of a hard sell the way we all do today.

Did QT ever come back after this 1998 appearance? I could listen to him talk movies and actors for hours.

QT brought up the busses in reply to Snyder's question on what did he witness first hand growing up in L.A. that may have informed his art.
@danwroy

Answer to that first question should be "Lance", not a fcking Sam Jackson character
