Unfortunately, Nintendo's reluctant to take risks on games that aren't centered around the same small handful of IPs these days, because they know what the fanboys are guaranteed to make into a big blockbuster, and it wasn't Bayonetta 2. Seriously that's like the only property that didn't benefit from appearing in Smash.

.... Okay, again, you guys misunderstand the Punch-out situation. Nintendo knows EVERYBODY misunderstands it. On Wii, there was Wii Boxing and a Wii Punch-Out game. The Wii Punch-out game was ONLY made because the Wii Boxing game was a sort-of tech Demo that was favorably received.. The issues involving detection and mobility in the Wii version of Punch-out didn't serve well for multiplayer...so.. ARMS on the switch was the natural evolution of punch-out. And Since none of you are giving ARMS an honest shot/look (don't lie. your videos are everywhere online and you never even made honest efforts to support/Download Min Min in Smash Ultimate) Nintendo's most likely (80-90% chance) re-evaluating their approach to doing any kind of game in the vein of punch-out or ARMs for that matter, so expect dormancy from the franchise on par with F-Zero or Golden Sun. You can't complain it into existence, you have to support it into existence. ...not that you'll see this message either...
