Shiny Shines you were putting the first cluster of balloons on the hoop and you stated you were tying something referencing the end of the balloon ms what were you tying and what what were you tying them to?

I’m not sure if I’m making since but you were tieing the ends of the balloons when you put the first cluster of balloons on the hula hoop and I wanted to know if you were tieing them to the hula hoop or something else?

Niykeal Westberry hey ! Now I understand. So what I did was take the two ends of the balloons and tie it around the hula hoop to secure it in place so that the balloons won’t fall off the hula hoop. Hope that helps 😇

The hula hoop was not weighted , it’s important to use a light hula hoop so that the stand does tip over.
