Hi Dr Osborne Thank you for this information once again gained new awareness, Just by you answering and talking has answered one of my concerns. Thank you so much as always brilliant ❤🤗❤️🤗 from UK
As someone with Type 1 diabetes (for 27 years), I massively appreciate your straightforward candour, Dr. Osborne. I have allowed a less-than-ideal level of control to persist for far too many years. I've eaten gluten and dairy all my life, but due to your genetic testing I now know I have gluten-sensitive genes. I am already starting to make some changes in diet and hope to soon be able to do your INA test, as I suspect I may have several nutrient deficiencies. Thank you so much for what you do!

The person having problems processing fruit sugars is probably high oxalate/low sulfate; high glyceric acid. The body uses hydrogen disulfide gas as a mechanism to deliver much needed sulfates that are displaced by oxalate via the SAT-1 transport protein.
I recently went on carnivore and just noticed if I use dairy in coffee I get spikes then I had a couple tablespoons of cottage cheese and spiked again Is it possible I have an intolerance to dairy?
