The "Christain dispensation," as stated in this video, is actually called the "dispensation of the grace of God" and was given to Paul for us. Eph 3 Follow Paul. 1 Cor 11:1 Know the revelation of the mystery given to Paul. Paul was given brand new information from Jesus. Information that Peter, James, and John didn't know, and even Jesus did not preach during his earthly ministry. This new information is for us and was not available before Paul.

For Christians, isn’t the purpose of the Lord’s invitation a call to repentance? If a Christian refuses to repent of their sin, then they are lost. And how can you keep someone in the congregation if you aren’t supposed to have fellowship with them?

Back on the topic, in 1 Corinthians 5, as mentioned in the video, there is clear precedent for removing a sexually immoral brother from the church. 3 John 10, meanwhile, does not suggest that we shouldn’t ever remove someone from the church. It only implies that Diotrephes was on a power trip.
