I love how knowledgeable you are about topics like Biblical drinking! I’m only 17 but I hope as I go into my adult years I can be as wise as you are and stand firm in my faith, despite peer pressure to do things that I know are not God-honoring 💕
I think your points on alcohol is perfect!! I love to have an aperol spritz with dinner when I go out to eat because they are light and reminds me of being in Italy! It was definitely a conviction of mine for a while until I realized I could have one glass without getting drunk and that it’s completely ok as long as I am careful!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about drinking! I have the same convictions and I do think it's very important for a believer to have those careful boundaries but not many do unfortunately!
Omg when they mentioned you don't show your friends I was like but Alexaa and Reagan I love them!! Time goes by so fast! I remember watching your vlogs together in college!
I relate to the outward cultural differences you feel in your marriage, I'm Alaskan Native born and raised here in the states. My husband though is from Cuba, he was born there and came to the states when he was around 10. We work great together but his family is very different than mine, one main thing being physically affectionate towards each other, like hugs and cheek kisses.
Young mom of 4 kids in 4 years here! 4 is a great number. 7 is too! I would love to have more if the Lord wills 💗 Birth is a bit scary! But once you get into it- you’ll handle it like a pro 💗💗💗
Jaclyn, I was always nervous before about having kids but knew I always wanted to be a mom. I originally wanted 4 got pregnant then said this will be my only baby cause I was so sick lol. Gave birth, I did have an epidural not that I think it completely helped but definitely helped some and after I had my sweet baby girl I said I would do this one more time. However, 6 days postpartum I was admitted to the hospital for a heart problem. I have had a few more health problems since giving birth. This big message all to say: I know you haven’t talked to much about your health struggles but I just want to say it is so amazing that you are getting your health in check before getting pregnant. That was my original plan and that didn’t happen so now I don’t know if I had these issues before baby or if they all came from pregnancy. You and Sam will make amazing parents one day all in good timing 🤍
Good morning Jaclyn happy Saturday morning and I just wanted to say that your vlogs is amazing I loved your channel and you are sweetheart and you are amazing Supporter
Tbh im not trying to sound mean it like your content but we want to see the real you being super private doesn’t help when people may look to you for genuine help when you and someone may go through the same things. It’s gives a fake vibe
NOOOOO! 😩 It’s Never ok to drink. Nothing good comes out of drinking. It’s Biblical NOT to drink. And before someone says Jesus drank wine, He did not. It was unfermented(non alcoholic), so grape juice. I personally believe the Lord would not be honored by this. Sad that Christian’s believe it’s ok to social drink. ☹️
Hello! The reason Christians believe it’s okay to drink alcohol is that the Bible teaches that it is okay to drink with temperance, if no one gets drunk and it’s not a stumbling block for them. I think it’s helpful in Ephesians when Paul days “do not be drunk with wine but filled with the Spirit.” I totally agree with you that getting drunk is wrong, but no where does the Bible condemn drinking itself
Uhh if you want to drink a glass of wine at 9pm on a Friday at your own home why not ? Nothing wrong with that, enjoying the flavors of life is only human, don’t die without trying something because you want to honor something that you don’t know exists.
Genuine question; where in the Bible does it say that Jesus turned water into unfermented wine? Cause I haven’t gotten across it. The Bible does call us to do all things in moderation.
