Title: Chicken Samosa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken mince
2 tablespoons butter
2 small onions, finely chopped
4-5 green chillies, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 cup spring onions, chopped
1 cup fresh coriander
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds
1 tablespoon crushed cumin seeds
samosa sheets
4 tablespoons plain flour
Water, as needed
Oil, for frying
Directions:
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter along with garlic, ginger, and green chillies for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add chicken mince and cook until the color of the chicken has changed and it releases some moisture.
Add salt, black pepper, crushed coriander, and crushed cumin. Mix well and fry on high flame until all water is evaporated from the chicken and oil comes on the surface.
Add onions, spring onion, and fresh coriander. Fry for 2 minutes and let it cool for half an hour.
Once cooled, take samosa sheets and stuff them with the filling as shown in the video. Use the flour and water mixture to seal the edges of the samosas.
Freeze the samosas in an airtight jar or a zip lock bag in portions as required.
Heat oil at medium flame and fry the samosas until golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy the delicious treat.
