It is not. With the technique from this tutorial (refraction pass + compositing in AE) there is zero light/reflections added to the house. If you need the caustics (the pool surface + caustics) to be reflected in the house windows, then that would require some extra trickery. If I stumble upon an easy way to do this, I might make another tutorial for that specifically.
I believe Corona has the ability to use max standard lights with its own Corona Shadow - just like i use VRayShadow in the example above. But I would suggest you download the free caustics sample, and confirm that it works as intended, before buying. I found this forum post that seems to suggest that with Corona the light needs to be a Spot instead of Direct to enable control of the area shadow softness: forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=3194.0
I used a V-Ray standard material with the Water preset - and only changed the fog color + depth to make the water more blue. I'm sure there is a preset in the Corona shader that can create equal results.
