Quick Chakra Tune Up | 2 Mins Per Chakra
Tune + Heal + Balance + Energize all 7 Chakras with this Quick Chakra Tune Up and Cleansing meditation exercise. It starts with Root Chakra and goes up to Crown Chakra. All you have to do is to sit in comfortable position, and as the music starts focus on the chakra location, starting from Root Chakra. When the music changes move to the next higher chakra.

Kinda chasing a carrot that hangs on a stick that is connected to our neck, no matter how fast you move, the carrot is always unreachable. If only we don't stop and take a more broad look at what's happening here for real :)

I love this meditation. I only wish that the violet section went on a wee bit longer…that way the link for the “next” video would not be cutting into the full time segment with the violet stream…. A gentle fade to black, then that would leave a better place for the intrusion of the ad at the end….but it’s a minor thing. I use this meditation almost daily and very much appreciate it being here for engine to enjoy, thank you! ❤
