Hi Tracie. Firstly I just about jumped when you said you came to the US to visit your cousin in Tracy. I grew up in Tracy before it was the bedroom community for the bay area. I live in California and we've had temps over 100 since the end of May almost every single day. Today when I started watching you at 10:30 am it was 98 and forecast to be 107. All next week is to be over 100 as well. I don't do well in the heat. Yes, we have a/c but it costs a pretty penny. My last month bill was $333 to keep it at 79 degrees. I reset it to 82. I also have ceiling fans and standing fans. Cute altered paperclips! I just recently got that bug stamp set. I don't think it's discontinued - just probably really popular. I have the butterfly stamp set coming as well.

I am in New Orleans and with heat index it is 98 so pretty hot, thanks tracie always a learning experience.

Cute. Hey on your glue the reason it volcanoes out of the bottle is because it’s getting low if you keep your bottle full it will not do that just a thought happy crafting

Oh Tracie I've been looking for that stamp set too. I couldn't find it either. I hope it's back in stock soon as well as the Flutterby one as well. Oh and love these mini paperclips they are really cute. I think someone suggested a button on that one with the glue blob... thought that as well or something tiny to hide it. 😊😊😊 As for the weather.... I've had enough already... I couldn’t agree with you more about humidity. I don’t mind dry heat. I live in Ohio, USA, very close to one of the Great Lakes and it can get really humid here. I don’t like the way it affects paper. Even with central air, it still gets humid inside.

Probably too late about the heat but try a damp cloth on your neck where it comes down on both sides of your neck and that usually keeps you cool

I like this new camera. The only potential problem I could see is its so bright, it might drown out anything your doing on direct white. Even the silver paperclip was hard to see at some points against the white tag. These are super cute and I love the new kit

Get small Styrofoam ice chest. Put chunk ice in chest. Take small fan. Cut top of chest so fan fits on top, blows inside of chest. Cut small hole opposite on top from fan. Put tubbing in small hole. Turn fan on, tubing/hose pointed at you. Cool.

I see this is an older video...but no the glue spilling over is not because of the heat. I have found to keep it from spilling over so badly is when you take off the screw lid and you see the seal...dont remove it...dont tear it...only take an awl and pierce it ever so slightly...just enough to get the glue to come down the shaft of the screw lid...it works wonderfully...if you find it not coming out take off the screw cap again and again pierce the hole a tad bit larger...then again replace the screw cap on...you might have to do it a few times to get it how you like it but just make sure to only pierce it carefully larger. Good luck..

Super precious little tags! I'm going to have to get some clips and try this one myself. Stay cool in the heat across the pond; here in Arkansas it's been a fairly normal (although really hot) summer ... I think today the high is 92 F so around 33 C? Not as bad as it's been, but humidity is awful!

I checked on line and some US companies do have that set you are wanting but with shipping and all the extra charges you have to pay for the UK, it’s quite pricey. Hang in there. It should be back in stock soon over there. Can’t imagine not having air conditioning. Not even an option for me in the US. When it’s around 100 F, we would just fry!!! Lots of hotter places in the US. I’m in Tennessee and we don’t get nearly as hot as a lot of other states do. Really enjoyed watching you make this tutorial. Looks like fun and very pretty.
