So I've seen others applying more products on their hair but that's because its day 1. Right now you are using less products because this is day 2. I believe you are avoiding adding any more products because you already have products from day 1. You are avoiding disturbing the Curl pattern as well as avoiding product overload! Great simple video.

So what is your routine to keep your curls on the third and fourth day? You said you wash every 3 to 5 days I believe??? With all those layers of products, does your hair ever get dull? Do you do hot oil or deep treatments to counteract the effects of the styling products?
Curly Tay has this down to a science! I love that you say 'frizz is inevitable' so we don't have unreasonable expectations. And also hwo you make it easier for us to do on a daily basis

This is extremely similar to my own refreshing routine! My problem is that it looks great at the beginning (I use the same gel) but later in the day it frizzes up like crazy! How do you suggest preventing that?( Your hair is LOVELY by the way!!!)

I really like how you explain every step, and I agree with Sasikarn your voice is very soothing and sweet. Videos are not super long which is also a Plus for me as I have two young children and don't have the time to watch for too long. YOu are very pretty as well. Our curl patterns are very similar, as well as our cuts. I also use Eco Styler, but I use the flax seed one b/c it does not contain the formaldyhede releasing ingredient. I adore Eco Styler b/c I need strong hold and most gels that are marketed for curly girls aren't thick and are more watery with less hold. My biggest 'problem' is getting curls at my roots. Admittedly, my hair is very long (down to my butt/lower back) but even when I cut 5 inches off it still doesn't stay curled at the root for long, maybe a half a day. Beautiful hair. Also you have a very naturally beautifully face. I am sure you have heard this a million times but I wanted to be the millionth and oneth time.
Hi tay! I really appreciate your videos so much, if you see this at all, is it possible for you to put a night time routine for your curls ? Like what the best thing to do is at night to keep them shaped, less frizzy, etc. when you wake up 😭 that would be awesome lol
Love your videos! Could you do one on washing your hair, product you use, hot water vs cool, etc. How do you get rid of the hair that falls out; pulling, large tooth comb, etc? My hair went curly 2yrs ago and I'm trying to figure this new hair structure out
I love your hair, thank you for sharing your techniques! Because our hair is similar, one question: HOW do you keep your hair from becoming a tangled mess? I love my curls on wash day, but beyond that, I have to brush or keep it up or else all I have is tangles. Any advice?
I have loved your wash day routine, has worked the best for me as opposed to a strict curly girl method. I made the Curl Refresher combination that you have on your 2nd Day Curls blog, would I spray with that as opposed to water or just stick with water and gel only?
Thank you so much!! I also have an oily scalp. I recommend that you try shampooing twice on was day if you have never tried it. It helps my washes last a lot longer before I feel oily. Also, I really love Hair Dance Dry Shampoo. It absorbs all that extra oil without the yucky ingredients of regular dry shampoo 😊
Look for the itchy Ms. There are two very long ingredients in products that are prone to making scalps super itchy. It happened to me too. Check your products for then.

Do you have any recommendations for hair that is very easily weighed down by products? I’m trying to embrace my natural curls but I’m struggling finding lightweight products that enhance the curls rather than ruin them.☹️
I don’t have the patience. I simply put my wet hair in a pineapple. Take it down. And kinda has that look. Not me to keep adding products. And I don’t go days without washing. Not for me. Scalp is skin. Skin needs to be cleansed like everyday.
To avoid the wet look I apply my gel to soaking wet hair when styling after washing and then scrunch out the crunch once it's dry. ECO Olive Oil Gel is great as well as aussie Instant Freeze gel.
