Yes! Please show the removal process! Thank you thank you❤ I then paper nails that I could not grow they were so thin you could read a newspaper through them! Well, almost 😅 I had tried everything possible vitamins went to the doctor the other and nothing helped more than just an inkling. But I suffer some digestive issues nothing to do with my nails, and so I went on protein powder, fairly large amounts of protein and growing like a weed and become much thicker! So after about three months, I really noticed a difference. And I thought, no way, cannot be from protein! So I went off the protein powder for about six months. My nails went right back to the way they were before then brittle whenever I would like take a shower it would make them so thin they would just rip right off at the edge. I realized yes it is the protein powder that’s helping them to be strong, and actually grow half inch past the free edge! So I did another test and my doctor called my vitals in my blood and then he checked my levels and he said I was low protein! And I’m still not high protein. I’m in the medium low range still! My doctor says your hair, your skin and your nails are all made of protein and protein. He also said that lack of protein or a lack of recommended amount of protein, in my childhood and throughout most of my adulthood is why my skin is so thin. He did mention though, that very high levels of protein are also associated with cancer. And I know that to be true because that’s what my husband had when he was diagnosed with cancer extremely high levels of protein. There’s some type of association between the high-level protein and cancer, cancer loves sugar and it loves protein. But besides all of that, at least I found out what my problem was and I can correct it! So for anybody who’s having these issues that I have very thin brittle nails that rip off and I don’t hardly seem to grow past the free edge that you have a very thin nail on the bed of your nails Try protein. I plant protein and after about three months, you will see a difference. I just thought I would mention that I’m so happy that I figured it out with the little bit of help with some online doctors lol😅
