It's a quick& protein rich dish made of gram flour & tastes so yum with hot rice & ghee &also jowar / ragi/rice bhakri.& even with chapati.
Ingredients
oil
mustard seed
cumin seed
onions
turmeric
chilly powder

grated fresh coconut

Method
in a hot pan add oil & mustard & cumin seeds when they start to crackle up add chopped onions fry them and add turmeric powder saute &add water when water starts to boil add red chilly powder & salt . now start adding Besan/Gram flour spoon by spoon & keep stirring to avoid lumps. cover & let it boil for 4-5min . garnish with cilantro& grated coconut. Hot yummy jhunka ready to serve.
