I’m making it for sure, it looks delirious. I’m going to put them in bone broth trot 2 minutes instead of water and in that way I don’t loose any nutrient from it. Thank you so much 😊

Blanching!!! Yes, I generally do that with my asparagus :D It came out excellent and I added a little artichoke to my garlic and lemon zest. It was amazing! Thank you!

You have to sauté constantly your ingredients no more than 1 minutes before pouring the lemon juice...
