Gday mate. Look, I’d have to say yes definitely for me🧐 but it’s a pure copper one and I think there are plenty of cheap copper plated ones that are just gimmicks. A mate of mine got me this one and it’s a cracker. He wears one also and is the same and notices if he takes it off within days. 👌🏻😉
