Well, Glenn and Tracey in Brisbane here. I have previously made a Laksa and it was not all that great. The balance was off and it was just "too much". This recipe and the comments to help culminated in both of us thoroughly enjoying our meal. There is only one improvement I think I could make.... get Justine to come over and share it with us! Thanks Justine. :)
Hai Top Chef.. Recipe bagus tetapi ini bujan Laksa, ini ialah Penang Curry mee.. Kamu kena faham .bahan yg kamu miss out.. Tulang ayam 2.ekur ,Susu Carnation 1 can rm 4.00 ,kulit udang 1.kg , gula batu, ubi Shenkuang 1 biji,, asam keping 1 pcs, Belacgen goreng dan garam adalh paling mustahak di recipe ini.. Masa kamu tumis kurang minyak yah.. Sayur Pudina adalah sesuai di recioi tersebut.. Sayur yg kamu bubuh tidak active di Curry Mee ini.. Ok. Gd job!
Jika laksa. Tidak bubuh.. Santan, curry puff, daging ayam, kulit udang 2 kg, udabg lipan 15 ekor goreng denga bawang putih 12 biji, air filter 500 ml, tukis, kisar dan ambil kuah ini bubuh dalam Laksa, tetapi recioe ini kamu tak tahu, sebab kamu Cakap Laksa afalah salah yah.. Ini lah recipe Penang Champion Laksa!

They are not being racist. You would react the same way if you have tasted the real thing Here is the recipe of an authentic Laksa from Singapore ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aUFZq15uZj0.html and another from Malaysia called Nonya Laksa ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DOfia0O4qbk.html.
Lesson here is if you want Chinese get Chinese to cook it, Italian an Italian, Filipino a Filipino and laksa a Malaysian. Otherwise you can take shortcuts and get a former Masterchef winner to do it. All about preference
@@gungeternal4119 and here’s a lesson for you. If you’re going to put up a video about any kind of laksa make sure you know what you’re talking about otherwise STFU
@@cloudydaez Confucius said...don't get triggered. Live a long life. I buy a jar of Laksa paste from my local Asian grocer, a tablespoon into boiling water, some seafoods, bean sprouts, small leafy greens or fried tofu and pour into a bowl of rice or mungbean noodles. There's my quick snack. Oh, I do love her top.
Who makes these word overs . My goodness you can add fish phillips in . Are thrse videos not checked before they go to air. It serms to be the same firm or systems thats doing this on allot of videos from other people .... its laughable
You didnt say how much extra water. You stated a little extra. It looked almost as much as the stock. How much was it. Easy enough for you to say but you didn't. Not much help was it.
If you'd cooked anything more than a packet of noodles in your life, John, then it should be pretty obvious. Jeez I hate how antagonistic your comment is. You're the stupid one matey
@@mrangus703 Oh dear two years ago another silly billy man that just wants to argue. There was nothing argumentative belligerent or personal about my comment as yours is. It was a perfectly reasonable question (unlike you Mr unreasonable argumentative person.......too much to drink eh) To much water ....spoilt too little water....spoilt. I am a very good cook but I think the video should have been clearer for those that are not. My email is cheftingle does that give you a clue. Do not answer this I will not respond......IDIOT.
I wanted to cry when I saw her add the coconut milk before the water AND then start boiling it, when she kept cooking it after putting the lime in, I wanted to die.
@@cohen200 please show us your recipe on youtube with the perfect way to make laksa . oh wait ... thats right you can't . why? coz you are a nobody and your comment is really irrelevant ... now go back and cry about how this laksa was made. ok?
How rude are you, she is a great cook, doesn't claim to be a chef, her mother is a French Chef, and Justine has been trained by her mother since she was a child - you are a a horrible person !
Recipe sounds interesting BUT using chicken out of plastic packaging is so bad for the environment! Also meat should come from species-appropriate care, has a better flavour anyway.
