R P still juicing

+George Lamond i am on day 8 of my liquid diet. smoothies made at home and soups from scratch made at home. first 2 days was rather difficult but sfterwards became easier. are you still juicing?

R P not all day once a day it's hard in the beginning but you get used to it and it gets easier .

R P of course I can I only juice for Lunch then healthy eating after .

So wait are u juicing for breakfast? Or a meal? So then one juice a day? No mijito.. this chic right here is going all three meals. I wouldnt feel its worth the effort by juicing only once.

R P I've done the 3 months all juicing it was hard , so I'm only doing once a day for vitamins and light eating and the gym. Good luck
