This is my favourite video for following when doing a treatment. Unlike others which encourage doing the whole face and neck, it's clear about what areas to not do and why. It's also fast and effective.
This video was incredibly helpful! I've been using NuFace off and on for over ten years. I used to follow the company's directions exactly as shown in their videos but noticed that my botox was wearing off much faster in the areas I'd use the device. It's important to recognize that our bodies are all different and to tailor our routines accordingly. This means experimenting with new techniques. I just tried your technique and saw immediate lift in 1/3 the time and it was nice to be reassured that I don't have to work over my forehead any longer.
I understood you to say that you don't use the Nuface on your forehead. I'm much older than you and have deep wrinkles on only one side of my forehead. Is there a reason I shouldn't use the Nuface on those wrinkles ❓️❓️
This has saved me time since I've stopped using it on my neck. Was a bit concerned about microcurrent over the carotid arteries. No one addresses that.
I'm new to micro current & Led light therapy. I saw your video on marionet lines using the lift mini, but would love to see one from you on how to use NuFace for these. Your videos are the best!!! Thank you for all the info!!!
It does, but not by putting it directly on the nasolabial, If you lift the outer cheeks, under the cheeks, and around the outer perimeter of the eye and eyebrow, you will lift the nasolabial by default, It all moves together.
When you contract certain muscles it can lead to wrinkle formation. I go in-depth on this in my “how to treat jowls & marionette lines” video. Even though I'm talking about different muscles, the technique is the same.
Hi! I wanted to thank you for all of your videos. I have learned so much from you. You are an excellent teacher with awesome tutorials. This one really hit home for me. I have been using a Nuface similar device and I have been hitting hard on all the places you said not to. I’m 56 and those areas you named, jowls, forehead and neck are exactly how you described as being tight. So with that, I will stop using the device on those areas. If I had a myolift could I use that device with the probes as you did in a tutorial in another video? Or because I have heavy lines, jowls and sag should I just use Microcurrent as you did in this video? Also, when using a radio frequency device should I stay away from these problem areas. Thanks for addressing older skin!
Hi! Thank you for sharing your knowledge, I’ve been seeing your content and it's been very helpful. I love my Nuface, I've been using it for 3 years. Do you have a video talking about botox? In one of your Nuface Q&A you mentioned something about botox, I have never done it but I would educate myself more about muscle atrophy and premature aging for using botox. Thank you 🤍
I know microcurrent isn't supposed to be used for a week or two after getting filler. What about Sculptra, which isn't filler but a biostimulator to create collagen?
I love it, in my case. 3 times I don't see results, I need to repeat it 4x 10 times then you can see the lifting. If I stop doing it it doesn't last, I do it every day at leat 30 min.
I wonder if it might be beneficial to try a different device then? It could be your own skins resistance to nufaces waveform/frequency. Everyone is created different ☺️
I wonder if the new one is more powerful than our original trinity. I've got lots of lines in my forehead over my eyebrows because I think I'm trying to keep my eyelids open or something. Maybe I need to not be stimulating those muscles? Lol. Hadn't even thought of that.
I just started using my NuFace, Your tutorial is great. But I couldn't hear the combination you had in the spray bottle. Using the gel straight isn't allowing my NuFace to glide smoothly? Any suggestions? Thank you, Gail
So I’m a little confused. You said not to do the lift setting with the Nuface on the muscles that are used for chewing ,the strongest muscles in the face, but yet you’re gliding over them with the NuFACE in this Demo, so I’m just wondering should we start at the nasolabial fold and then stop just before that chewing muscle? I dont have a lot of fat in my face and more of a slender face so maybe this does not apply to me I don’t know, but I do have some TMJ for sure. I am 68 and I definitely want to do this right. I have both a NuFACE mini and the MyOLift mini and now I’m thinking when I use the MyOLift mini I should not use it in the educate setting within the nasal labial fold or chin area or the forehead or the crows feet or over the chewing muscle And just use the stretch or erase settings in those areas. Would that be correct? Also, can you talk more about the zip device if that’s worthwhile to add to a beauty regiment if you already have the NuFACE and the MyOLift mini. Thank you so much for all your wonderful tutorials. I wish you gave treatments in Manhattan, or even in Aruba if you ever travel there. :-)
Thank you , the video is very helpful. I haven’t been using my NuFACE correctly. Is there any post for the light therapy and the eye attachment? Are these attachments really helpful? Or just the main device is enough to tighten
Hi Katie , I have lost some volume in my midface. What do u think would be the best device to gain volume ? I'm afraid of losing more with radio frequency
Do you have any videos on the Nuskin Galvanic body spa? I have one and am looking for an alternative conducting gel. Would your sea moss gel work for that? I see all sorts of videos about micro currant devices but not Galvanic. I have so many questions. Thanks for any help!
I just started using the NuFACE. Also how many times a week do I do it when I’m first starting is it every day is seven days a week is it five days a week?
I have a question I still have a lot of the gel on my face when I’m done using the NuFACE do I wash my face and wash off the gel or do I leave the gel on my face?
TheOrganicEsthetician using the facial device does it have an internal heat rating or temperature reading? Or does heat from the vibrations reach above 100°F to produce nitric oxide? Just wondering before buying. Thankyou
