I really appreciate the way you talk through your thought process, like when you had out the sticker sheet here and you held up different options and thought through various ways to make different things work. Sometimes I listen to your videos while I drive--even though I can't see the cards I still learn from your thought process and great ideas.
I absolutely love the idea of more videos using up paper. I don’t want to always make the most cards with few papers. I want ideas how to use up more paper and make fewer cards.
I am with you! I try to keep this in mind with my templates and sketches. Sometimes, of course, I come up with an idea that makes more cards, but I try to keep this in mind.
Hi Jess I love this card design! You are so creative and inspiring and all your videos are so helpful! I love the freedom you give and so appreciate you and all that you do to help make crafting more fun and doable! Thank You!💖
Wow! This one is truly quick. I'm busting my 12 x 12 Christmas paper, some of which I bought and have Buyer's Remorse :) This helps a lot without creating a lot of cardstock scraps
I love your cutting guides and sketches! ❤ I also enjoy watching you and listening to the fact that we “can” do whatever we want. No rules!😊Thanks for all you do for us card makers!❤
Truly love your thought process for your cards. You give us the opportunity to make changes without feeling that is not the true sketch that we must follow. It was such a blessing that I found you ! Thank you for your wonderful tutorials!
Wonderful template... I purchased your 6x8 paper Busting template bundle... and I had so much fun with #19 for A2 cards. I love to die cut, but I also love to buy paper pads and ephemera for the times I just want to craft and not have to put so much thought into it... and your 6x8 bundle helped me have fun, enjoy the process and use an entire pack of ephemera and almost all the paper pad... So easy, thanks. I hope you will offer slimline templates at some point. ty.
Wow, thank you so much for the positive feedback! I'm glad to hear my templates were so helpful! I do have templates for slimline cards. You can find them here: jesscrafts.com/resources/slimline-osw/ or purchase a pack here: jesscraftsshop.etsy.com/listing/1492549385/card-sketches-and-paper-busting
Hi Jess I love love you videos, I just purchased The swingline paper cutter and would like to know if you would do a video tutorial on the measurements on this cutter. I can't figure out where a 1/4 or 3/8 is located if that is possible Thanks and Blessings Barbara
QUESTION: I used this template using Echo Park Baby paper. All the paper are pretty busy and I assembled the cuts layering them. It seemed like it was too busy. How can I fix that? I tried the matted paper per your instructions using solid paper. It was still too busy. Any tips? I liked the idea but I think I need a little assistance. I love your idea in putting a solid paper mat behind the sentiment. It looks so cute.
Instead of using a double sided sheet can I use 2 or even 3 single sided sheets and just make double or triple the amount of cards? Most of my 12x12 papers come from single sided paper pads and I am trying to use them up.
You can absolutely use single sided paper and cut multiple sheets. I do try to occasionally show my templates with single sided paper (next 12x12 video will be single sided paper). Happy crafting!
@@JessCrafts awesome, I am excited to see what template is coming next. I really appreciate all of the templates you make, keep up the good work and thank you so much for all the inspiration
