Quick plum cake. A simple cake recipe. 

This recipe is truly amazing because this cake is always a success. It is very easy to make and you can make it at any time of the year with your favorite seasonal fruits. This time I made it with plums and it was amazing. Fluffy, moist and tasty. A simple recipe for a quick plum cake. I highly recommend this recipe.
Ingredients:
2 cups of wheat flour (225 ml glass)
4 eggs
package of sugar with vanilla
2 teaspoons of baking powder
200 g butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of vinegar
3/4 cup of sugar
500 g plums

Execution:
Cream the butter or margarine together with the sugar and sugar with vanilla until fluffy.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the creamed butter, alternating with the eggs. I recommend mixing the dough with a mixer, adding 1/4 of the sifted flour, then one egg, 1/4 of the flour, an egg, etc. Watch the video.
Finally, add vinegar to the dough and mix well.
Transfer the dough to a baking tin lined with parchment paper, my tin is 24 x 14 cm.
Place halved and pitted plums on top of the cake. Place the plums skin side down.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 45 - 50 minutes. Top-bottom oven function.
Cool the baked cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
