In this video I show you a super quick and easy potato recipe that you can prepare with just one potato. This recipe is perfect for anyone who is short on time or just wants to make a small batch of potatoes.
The result is a crispy and delicious potato that goes perfectly with meat, fish or vegetables.

Slightly better watched at double speed, to cut the inordinate amount of time showing us what "stirring" and "frying" look like. Was it really *only one* potato? And was it *really* worth all that salt, oil and processing?

I am just wondering how much that 1 potato weigh. Seems like it fills up one large pan. Why would you wash out the potato starch and then add dry starch again?

I enjoyed the video. From Washington state (western side) and sadly we have an unhealthy version in the frozen section of our grocery store called hash brown patties. Even McDonald’s serves them. I think yours my be the better option. Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful day!

in North India it is called alu-tikki .they add more green chilly with rice powder to boiled potato and coriander and fry in oil . however i make it like uthappa with less oil .you can add jeera powder coriander powder chilly powder cornflour or arrowroot asper taste. it is delicious.
