St. Andrews is a famous golf course in Scotland - I'm not so sure that shirt is that great - but it's a famous course nonetheless

What do you do with a wholesale item when you discover a spot or flaw that you didn’t know about when purchasing?

We attempt to fix the problem and let the wholesaler know so they can credit us.

Hi! Sometimes yes! It really depends on the comps. Size and material play a big role in my decision making. I've found their linen blazers to be pretty good pickups.

That polybag color Nikki is obsessed with, that peachy pink, is basically the Pantone "Color Of The Year" for 2024. To be more specific, PANTONE 13-1023 Peach Fuzz. They just announced it a couple weeks ago. If ya don't know, then now ya know. So, good eye on that Nikki.

I love seeing the men's pieces you get since I'm trying to educate myself more on those.. specifically golf items since I know those can be pricey. Do you pick up and list everything you find all year round or focus more on seasonality? Have a wonderful holiday and new year! So thankful for your wealth of information!

I follow the comps. So for most part, I pay attention to seasonality but if it's still comping well I'll get it.

Thank you for going over comps & prices, but my question is how you decide what the starting price for the item is? For example if you have a top that you think will sell for $25-$30 what do you list it at? Do you allow room for OTL & price drops?

On ebay, I don't account for offers because I don't offer them. I just price middle of market and hope an item sells before it needs price dropped. I'm not sure if you've watched the live we did on pricing strategies but we go in depth on that one.

I do if needed. I also steam clothing when necessary and that's a really great way to sanitize.

You're smart to get the Lilly linens. I've been collecting Lilly for over 40 years. People buy their nice cotton sheets, regardless of the size, to make pillows, etc.

Only if needed and we also steam when needed. Most clothing is donated washed and most people will wash before wearing.

How can you tell what is a blazer - also I thought double breasted jackets were always suit jackets. Men's jackets confuse me- blazer, sport coat, suit coat, jacket- any tips to help get unstucked? thx Merry Christmas!

Blazers and sport coats are basically mix and match jackets. They are usually a contrast to pants whereas suit jackets are supposed to match the pants. But since almost all jackets I get don't have the matching pants I just market them all as blazers.
