Why are you using a 330 Ohm resistor at 2:29? I 'm just starting to learn so I could be wrong but doesn't a white LED have a forward voltage of 3.5v and consume 20mA and the Uno outputs 5v? So, if the voltage difference is 1.5v (5v Uno - 3.5v LED) and you divide that by 0.02 (20mA of the LED) you get a resistance needed of 75 Ohms. Before posting my above comment I looked up the lowest voltage and amperage I could find for an LED. It was always red and it needed 1.7v at 10mAs. So 5v - 1.7v = 3.3v. 3.3v * 10mAs = 330 Ohms. So 330 Ohms the the maximum resistance ever needed for this circuit.
Please I don't no how to program Arduino but I had knowledge about brushless moter transmitter receiver and I can make RC cars RC planes I want to learn about arduino
Hello, i have a lipo battery 11.1V 3300mAh 30c. I wonder if it can be straight connected to Vin pin of arduino? I am afraid that it will burn my arduino pin by high current suddenly flow into Vin. Urgent, please reply. Thank you.
Then do you have any idea how to connect lipo battery 11,1V to arduino? Cause Vin is range from 7V-12V. I have seen some people connect it. Hmmmm, still a little bit worrying. Dont want to blow up my only arduino
Thanks for the reply sir. Sorry for not being clear in my previous question. Actually my question is, how to determine the 330ohm resistor is the right pair for the LED. For example, if i have a buzzer that is attached as the output of an arduino. How am i supposed to know the right value of resistor that need to be pair with the buzzer. Is there any calculations for it?
@@danialmuhamad7167 it depends on the power supply that you are giving to your led.if it exceeds the current and voltage rating of your Led then you have to use a resistor,so that you can limit the excess current. For example an LED with forward voltage drop of 2V and current rating of 20mA while if my supply voltage is around 9V then the resistor that required is R=(9V-2V)/20mA that gives me 350ohms.
+Brainergiser (Brainergizer) no sir.. normal remote control circuit base. rc car circuit can control 2 motor but I need to control 4-5 motor for my next project ..:)
+Brainergiser (Brainergizer) yes sir ..I saw that ..but I was talking about normal circuit bote where I can control 4 motor by tip switches .. connected to PCB board ..
Not using a resistor can blow the LED. You need a resistor to prevent too much power from going to the LED (or any other conponent that has less capacity than the power source) The commenf is 6 months old so you might already know this. Maybe this explanation will help someone who might have the same question though.
its easy buy one... download the os you want... then write it to an sd card... and power it up... thats the setup... but the coding... will take your brain to Raspberry makers... So You Neven Be A Stupid in Programming
