your remidies have helped me tremendously. My tinitus was out of control from using power equipment over the years and your techniques have relieved my tinitus greatly. No more clicking and just minimal ringing. thank you
He's right about different reasons for tinnitus . I tried all these different solutions , none of them worked. But what worked for me was moving my jaw bone around with facial movements ( hearing cracking sounds while I do this ) then popping my ears by pinching my nose and blowing! It worked . Whatever it takes , right ?😅
Years ago a flight attendant once told me to do that when I felt like my ears will explode after take-off. I still try it out of desperation but alas, still suffering badly. Will certainly try what Doc suggests here. I'm desperate 😑
I really hope youre okay :) Its aboht freaking time we find an actual working cure to tinnitus. One of the most annoying things known to the human race.@@elnanaude5694
My goodness! I've had tinnitus for more than 30 years. LITERAL PERPETUAL RINGING, no exaggeration. I can't wait to start trying these simple little tricks. Let's hope it provides at least some level of relief🤞Thanks Doc! 🙏🤟
@Havana204. i had very loud noise induced hearing loss in one ear (i was reduced to about 50% of normal hearing in one ear) along with tinnitis for about 2 weeks. I am next level grateful that it went away. I was 100% certain it was permanent.
@Havana204. i was scared to wear earbud or anything because thats when i really heard the squeal 24/7. Either i habituated to it, unusally fast, or i somehow just regained most of my hearing and lost the tinnitus to the point it isnt really noticeable. But it was due to about 1 hour of listening to VERY loud bassy phonk music in the car. It terrified me for the first few days, then i sort of adapted to it, and now its pretty much gone. I will never take hearing for granted again.
I used to hear music that wasn’t there. It eventually went away, but I can remember yelling downstairs to the basement at the kids telling them to turn it down and they’d say we aren’t even listening to anything. I swear it would drive me crazy!
Dr. Mandell, I'm experiencing a lot of wrinkles all over my face and neck. I have been using all the neck and face exercises for wrinkles but I'm not getting results. Can you help me?
Yeah but not that fast. It takes times like 3 to 4 months doing this exercise and not thinking about it so there is a chance it will go away I am just effected by tinnitus 3 days ago the most annoying things gone the one when you swallow so there is clicking sound in my ear i hope now with the exercise and not giving fk this annoying sound they will go away too
Doc, this I'm going to do diligently as I'm desperate (really at my wits end) with the extreme pressure in my head and ringing in my ears, even dizziness. Feel like bashing my head against the wall to release the pressure 🥴 Sounds dramatic but exactly how I feel right now 😞
Just when I thought having a headache for 35 years was bad, along comes the constant loud noise of crickets and high pitched frequencies to top it all off. Fml
If you didn't state exactly how many seconds yours takes, than it probably doesn't take less than 6.66 seconds. So motivational doc still has a higher solutions per second ratio than you do and I'm not unsubbing and switching. But you already did that math. Or you wouldn't be being so vague. Maybe your solution takes 15 or 20 seconds. I want my solutions at a 6.66 second per solution, maximum. And I won't take less from some Amateur. You should start a channel. And call it Demotivational Doc. And take almost 20 seconds of people's time to offer your solutions. I'm watching you. 👀
