I've been wearing the Xero 360 running shoes, for about 4 months now.. Today I was able to run outside in them.. BUT, I still felt the same pain in my knees that felt in my previous non-zero drop running shoes.. I'm ready to give up on ever running again without pain in my knees..
Work with someone who can do a thorough evaluation of your knees and your mechanics. The best shoes won’t do anything if the rest of the chain is faulty or if the anatomy can’t handle the load.
You may need strength training for your knees. Full range of motion is often forgotten. Or it could be a form issue. In which case you need someone to analyze your form.
@@OscarYaw93I only we're saucony. Triumph 19,21, peregrine 13, münchen 4, kinvara 11, Tempus! Some of them have over 1200km and still good. My Last non saucony was a hoka Bondy. After 650km IT was dead.
