I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson, 6/17/2024 and wondered why my phone was NOT charging up on the wireless pad. IT NEVER occur to me to remove the thick case frommy phone. Once I removed it, the pad began charging up my phone! Great tip.
I received all services for free. I didn't need to sign up for anything. Maybe Hyundai received lots 9f complaints and they "possibly changed the rules" in 2024. The Venue and Kona are lower priced. I wonder if these 2 vehicle models are excluded from all the perks offered by Hyundai.
I just spilled an energy drink over wireless charging pad and it the liquid filled up the entire center console cubby. Any advice??? I’m so upset with myself 😞
Hyundai discriminates against those of us who can’t afford the higher end models. I have a 2022 Hyundai Venue Limited that comes with Bluelink. When I first got my car, Bluelink was included for the first three years then if you wish to continue, you pay $9.95 x 3 for each of their services. Driving score WAS included in the beginning now my vehicle is not included to get the driving score but all the higher end cars are. This is discrimination. So what is going to happen, when my promotion is up in Jan. 2025, I will not be signing up for the Bluelink services which I had every intention of doing. The remote start, auto door locks, finding your car on your phone, etc. were all cool things that I was going to continue getting but since you have total disdain for non rich people, forget it.
It’s not discrimination it’s just business. Every car company does that. Gives you the cool features free for first 2-3 years. I have a 2023 Sonata so I’m still in my trial and it’s free, but it was made clear it’s for the first 3 years. Then you pay if you want to keep it. It’s dumb af that they blocking a feature my car already has unless I pay. It’s dumb but not discrimination haha All car makers do it. My girl got a Chevy. Same shit
@@chancho310 My point is that the higher end cars get to keep those features for the remainder of the trial period but they now took it away from my car because it isn’t a higher end model. I am just referring to the driver score aspect. I still get all the other features of Bluelink just not the Driving Score which only the higher end models are allowed to get.
You realize Hyundai sells your information including that driver score, right? I know many ppl who have seen their insurance rates go up because of this. It's just another form of control dressed up as a fancy feature.
