One of my favorite cars in high school. I got a brand new 87 Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe. Got one of these in 97. And a couple weeks later it burst into flames driving by the old Cowboys stadium.
Very nice car ! I owned a 1986.5 Plymouth Conquest ESI-R Black on Black back when I lived in Los Angels in 1994-1998! I like Your engine. I have a 2006 GTO Pontiac I bought brand new with the LS2 engine. I miss my Conquest ESI-R... It was sold as a Plymouth Conquest in 1986 then as a Chrysler Conquest ESI-R 1987-1989! The 1986 did not have the electric shoulder harness.. You have a neat car with a very good engine
Basically it's a multi-stage process of restoring the clear coat of a car. Over time age and poor car washing methods (and the use of automatic car washes, especially) riddle your clear coat with microscopic scratches. Paint correction is basically removing the existing layer of clear to match the depth of the microscratches, so the paint becomes extremely slick and glossy. Another process to maintain the look and prevent more scratching is ceramic coating. It basically adds a microscopic layer of ceramic ontop of your existing clear coat. Kinda like a weaker clear coat on top of your clear coat.
