Jay, I come back to these excellent videos as a means of brushing up on my ACAD skills. There’s always something I’ve either forgotten about or did not pick up on the previous run though the lesson. I was reminded of a question while running though this video. I note that sometimes, “snap points”, can appear and disappear depending on your zoom, and or angle of view, making it quite tricky when you are trying to move objects to that snap point. This is especially so when snapping to the centre of radius where there is a 3D fillet edge. Do you have a remedy to make snap points stay and not disappear? I note a similar problem when trying to snap to the centre point of a flat surface. Sometimes the snap point just won’t appear even if I have the 3D dnap selection switch turned on.

Very Cool Tutorials man. thanks for that! But could you please make a Tutorial on how to render the 3D models out with appropriate surfaces. lightnings, shadows etc., just as they appear in your thumbnails?

Actually I use a different software for making renders and hence generally avoid making rendering tutorials because this channel is dedicated to AutoCAD only, but I have a course where I have taught rendering with AutoCAD here is the link of course in case you are interested www.udemy.com/realistic-rendering-in-autocad-create-3d-house-from-scratch/learn/?couponCode=TRAINING99

Amazing! thank you very much. I basically learned Autocad following your tutorials :). Got a question though, why you never show how to add the final touch to the models, I mean the lighting and shadows ready to the the snapshot?

***** Welcome Carlos I am glad my tutorials are useful to you, Regarding your question- I dont use AutoCAD for rendering ( I use KEYSHOT ) and my channel represents AutoCAD tutorials so I dont include rendering in my tutorials.
