I wouldn't put chunks of ginger and garlic but rather grate them, and are these really lentils or chickpeas? I would also add an egg (or egg white) to hold it together better. thanks
Looks amazing thank you for posting! A few questions- 3:37 should the pan and oil be hot or cold/warm when I place the mixture patties in the pan? And also - How high the heat should be? And last thing - Do you cover the pan at some point? Thanks 🌺
