Quickly Fix: Tales of Arise (Windows) not launching on Xbox PC App 

This video is to help fix Tales of Arise not launching on Xbox PC App after an update around April 2024. As of July 2024, this issue has not been fixed, so the solution in the video should help address it.
Instructions:
In the Xbox PC App, right click Tales of Arise on the sidebar and choose Manage
Go to File tab and select Browse to open the `XboxGames` folder
Go to `Tales of Arise_Win_Base Game\Content`
Move `MicrosoftGame.config` on folder up (Tales of Arise_Win_Base Game)

Note: It is possible this issue affects more games than Tales of Arise. It’s not clear if this fix will also work for other games. Games failing to launch, not starting, etc may be due to multitudes of reasons.
