Results are great but I think that you haven't used the 3-4-3 folding technique after putting a block of butter in between the dough, that's the authentic way to form the crispy layers

I made these croissants yesterday and they were sooo delicious!!!! If I want to add Nutella shall I add when applying butter or should I add it before I roll it?
