Tip for selecting operators fast: As soon as a new round starts put your mouse at the spot where the operator will be. Then spam enter until you have selected a spawning location, then click as fast as possible till you have selected the operator. Then go back and select the spawning location you wanted. This way you can get the operator before you can even see the selection screen if you're fast enough.
