I'm very happy to have found your channel. I use the same Kosas foundation shade as you do, and also like the Salt NY sneaky balm in #13. I find that I can put together a small travel palette of foundation, highlight, blush, and lip in a small magnetic container which is brilliant for travel, no liquids, no spill. Hannah Louise Boston has a complexion quite pale like ours; have you seen her videos? She's also very pleasant to watch. You both have a polished yet approachable presentation.
Very pretty!! May I recommend you the Cica Tigergrass drops? I feel like you have similar skin redness to mine, and I have found this product has changed my life!! It’s super light and goes under my tinted sunscreen and it is perfect. I no longer need concealer or foundation (which can get very heavy for daily look!) again. Super pretty make up video!!
Thank you! 😊 this is a great question! Kosas is pretty stringent about their “clean” beauty standards but they do use preservatives. I have heard the concerns about shelf life on their concealer which makes a lot of sense because concealers we are often opening and closing and exposing the product to both air and bacteria from our faces (because of the doe foot applicator) - I throw out all my concealers (from all brands) after 6 months anyway because of this. That said - for the foundation because it’s a pump mechanism the foundation in the bottle itself isn’t being exposed to air or skin bacteria so the shelf life should be dramatically longer than 6 months. I’ve had my Kosas foundation since January (over 4 months now) and have not had any change in smell, color, or consistency. I will definitely keep an eye out if I do but so far I feel very confident that the preservatives used in the foundation formula are doing their job effectively. Hope this helps! 🥰

wow , this is my type ,simple, I have not use foundation,only sunscreen and powder. That too from now on. Until last year, I only used sunscreen in the summer.
